The Guang Ping Yang Tai Chi Association is excited to announce our 2010 conference, bringing exceptional teachers from across the country to Albuquerque for one amazing weekend!

Sifu Henry Look: I-Chuan form and applications, to develop relaxation and sensitivity of the the body to generate Internal Power and Hsing-Yi form and applications, the oldest of the internal styles of Chinese martial arts

Sifu Jiang Jianye: Ten Methods to Increase Balance, to be applied to your practice and Ba Gua Push Hands, a two person form

Sifu Randy Elia: Yi Gun Gin, or “Classical Tendon Exchange,” as practiced by Shaolin priests

• Sifu Dug Corpolongo: Da Lu, or “Big Pull,” a two-person tai chi set. This works on developing sensitivity and adds the angular patterns used in Tai Chi Chuan to both defend and attack an opponent  

Sifu Lu Yuzhi: Beginner’s Medical Qi Gong, a combination form that returns to all the main acupuncture points and organs

Sifu Fu Tung Cheng: Eff ortless Flow in a longer format, progressing from meditation to Mind-Body Guang Ping to emphasize the dynamic stillness of relaxed movement

Sifu Tom Carney: Chin Na, using the Yin/Yang principles in order to subdue an opponent without hurting them Note: workshops and schedules subject to change
